PAYMENT

• We only accept PAYPAL for online shopping, please make sure you have a valid PAYPAL account
• Online shopping is only available for delivery in Australia

• Credit card authority form (overseas and credit card sales without PAYPAL) must be signed and emailed or faxed back before order is sent
• Once payment is received in full goods will be posted

POSTAGE

• Postage cost include packaging
• Registered post is an additional cost of $2.95 on all postage except for $19.10 postage for large items , large bulky items are express post and is able to be tracked
• Items will be shipped within 2 days upon receipt of payment
• Items will be shipped to the confirmed address provided by PAYPAL, The ANU Union is not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses
• Overseas sales, items will be packages and weighed and you will be emailed postage costs prior to the items being shipped

RETURNS POLICY

• Returns of goods - goods can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Once goods are return in original packaging with proof of purchase. A credit will be issued for the FULL amount of the returned item (excluding Postage and Handling)

• Goods must be in the same condition on return. Please attach proof of purchase
• Exchanging of clothing:
  Clothing can be returned and resent in other sizes if wrong size is bought.
  The cost of returning the item and having it resent is to be paid by the customer.
  Goods returned must be in original condition with tags attached.
