Mikelangelo and the Tin Star return to Canberra on the No Sign Of A Pipeline tour Friday 11th May. Anyone who has seen Mikelangelo perform in any guise knows that this will be an unforgettable show, and the surf and western rock action of The Tin Star seals the deal: 'The perfect mix of sexy, swoon worthy guitars and low, raw vocals' Tone Deaf

The group are touring to celebrate the release of the first official film clip from their debut album 'The Surf'n'Western Sounds Of...'

which was released last year through Laughing Outlaw Records to astounding reviews in Australia and the UK. The clip is for the smokin' instrumental surf number 'No Sign Of A Pipeline' and was shot by underground Canberra legend Konrad Lenz.

The towering Lenz will also join the Tin Star as a special guest on the night, singing his unofficial hit 'The Illustrated Man' and taking on The Sonics' classic garage punk anthem 'Strychnine'. Also joining the Tin Star as a guest for the evening will be the alluring and angel voiced Alice Cottee (No Hausfrau). Helping to kickstart this huge night  will be local irresisitable pop maestros Fun Machine and surf-garage slumlords The King Hits. Doors at 8pm, The King Hits from 8.30pm.
